Abstract
결론
저자는 상악중절치의 미맹출을 주소로 내원한 아동 중 상악중절치의 역위매복으로 진단된
두 환아를 치료한 증례와 문헌고찰을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 역위매복된 상악중절치의 외과적 노출과 교정적 치료를 통해 심미적, 기능적으로 양호한
결과를 얻을 수 있었다.
2. 상악중절치의 매복시 인접치의 경사로 인한 공간폐쇄 및 정중선의 변위로 심미적, 기능적
문제를 야기하므로 조기에 발견하여 적절한 치료를 시행하여야 한다.
3. 매복치의 견인시 치근발달상태 및 치주적 고려가 중요하며 주기적인 관찰이 필요할 것으
로 사료된다.

Inverted maxillary incisor is a state in which the maxillary incisor rotates to the
upward position. The present report provides two examples of correction of inverted
maxillary incisors with surgical intervention & orthodontic appliance. Through surgical
exposure & direct bonding of lingual button, the central incisor were brought into proper
eruption path with elastic traction. The case 1 & 2 were both treated successfully. The
results showed the good position of treated teeth and satisfactory esthetics and adequate
width of keratinized gingiva were achieved Careful differential diagnosis procedure is
needed in order to avoid dissatisfactory results and the treatment approaches taken in
this case report provided an esthetic and functional results
